1. Definitions

“We”, “Us”, “Our” – AEOS VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED.

“You”, “Your”, “Student”, “User” – individuals enrolling in the GenC Creator School.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent under Indian law.

3. Program Overview

GenC Creator School is a 5-month cohort, available both offline (in-person, Bangalore) and online.

4. Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment is confirmed after payment via Razorpay. Payments may be made upfront or in installments.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only if requested via email within 2 days of course start. Approval is subject to management discretion and Razorpay’s policies.

6. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain respectful behavior. We reserve the right to remove students for misconduct without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and branding are property of AEOS Ventures Pvt Ltd. Reuse without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use implies acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
